What to expect
Our sessions can be in person or virtual, depending on your needs. What we process in therapy is 100% confidential. You may feel uncomfortable at first because vulnerability in new relationships can be awkward, but what you bring up and how we approach it is done at your own pace. I will challenge you with new skills and perspectives that lead you toward allowing all parts of yourself to feel seen, heard, and accepted. We will safely address the hard aspects of life with the respect and dignity they deserve.

First Session
We’ll meet for 75 minutes for your initial intake session to get a sense of your needs and where I might be able to support you. We will spend time reviewing paperwork and billing information to make sure it is correct, but most importantly, we will have plenty of time to get to know each other. The priority during our first session is to give you all the information you need to decide whether my services will be the right fit for you.

Financial info
I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar, and Oxford Health. I also provide services for private pay clients. My full fee for intake sessions is $150, which lasts 75 minutes, and my full fee for regular 60-minute sessions is $130. I offer a sliding scale for my fees based on need and with priority given to BIPOC and LGTBQ+. If I am not in-network insurance provider, I can provide you with a Superbill to give to your insurance company for reimbursement if that is a part of your coverage. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
